What you'll do
In-home diagnosis and repair of kitchen and laundry appliances across Greater Sydney, as an authorised-agent technician. Day to day, you represent EPL in the home — diagnosing faults, following manufacturer procedures, and leaving customers clear on the outcome.
- Diagnose and repair appliances in customers' homes across Greater Sydney
- Follow manufacturer procedures and authorised-agent standards
- Use genuine manufacturer parts where the repair requires them
- Explain findings clearly and complete jobs to a professional standard
- Coordinate with the office on scheduling, parts, and follow-ups
Who we're looking for

- Reliable transport and a current Australian driver's licence
- Strong diagnostic mindset and customer communication skills
- Willingness to complete manufacturer-aligned brand training
- Experience in appliance, electrical, or related field service is valued — attitude and aptitude matter for starters
- Ability to work independently in homes across Sydney
